Start the collection of samples of Balsamic Vinegar to attend the 10th Palio della Ghirlandina organized by AED (Association of Expert Tasters). Each sample of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena must be conferred in the official bottle (200cc), with self-sealing cap and should complete the enclosed card by March 30th.
The award ceremony is scheduled for the Trade Fair of Modena April 25 May 3.
All participants will receive the evaluation board with the opinion and suggestions of the table of tasters.
